The project

Alice and Timo are two pen pals sharing their daily lives in their respective countries: France and Germany. For example, Timo discovers that French people eat a galette in February! Alice, on the other hand, discovers all the major cities in Germany.

    The Covid-19 pandemic prompted the
diversification of online resources, and the Franco-German Youth Office and Cavilam-Alliance Française partnered to create a set of digital learning sheets aimed at introducing German culture to young French students and vice versa.

These resources, intended for primary school students, required the creation of a visual universe that would be
universal and adaptable enough to create a connection between the two cultures. This universality was achieved through the story of two characters who share the age and interests of the young users, allowing them to learn about the other culture in a fun and immersive way.
